Karla Okala’s Profile

I am a grateful believer in Jesus who lives in awe of His amazing love and the transforming power of redemption.

I am a speaker, teacher and writer whose prayer is that my words will always be “sweet to the soul and healing to the bones” (Proverbs 16:24). Through the study of God’s Word and my experience of His love, I am convinced that He heals our deepest wounds, meets our every need, and fills our hearts and souls with peace and joy in every circumstance.

As a single mom of four girls, I spend most of my time changing diapers and mediating conflict.  In-between those moments, I love to reflect on and write about the dynamics of relationships, the meaning and purpose of life, and the struggles and joys of living a life of faith.
